     Need a meeting room or banquet facility in Gainesville?  Are you getting married?  GWC’s facilities are available to rent for such occasions.  The clubhouse is conveniently located at 2809 West University Avenue and has ample parking.  As shown with the floor plan below, our clubhouse has a very large ballroom and two large meeting rooms. The meeting rooms can be rented in conjunction with a rental of the main ballroom.  There is a large stage with a 10 foot projection screen and PA system.  A commercial grade kitchen is conveniently located off the ballroom and has appliances suitable for most events.   Entrances and a family restroom are all ADA compliant.  
     Clubhouse rentals have included weddings, wedding receptions, anniversary parties, birthday parties, meetings, business workshops, fundraising events, and organization luncheons.  A stewards’ fee covers the setup and removal of tables and chairs for each event.
     A deposit of $200.00 plus tax in advance is required to reserve the Clubhouse and is applied to the rental fee.    The balance of the rental fee and a $250.00 security deposit are due 30 days prior to your event.  If no additional charges are incurred, the security deposit will be refunded. *Prices subject to change.  The 20th Century and Board rooms, kitchen, and piano can only be rented
